1. Role analysis and needs assessment

2. Job advertising and active search
Based on the analysis, we create targeted job advertisements and ensure visibility across relevant channels. In addition, we actively source and approach suitable candidates directly, both through our own network and professional tools. We tailor our methods and approach to the role and target group, whether it’s a specialist position or an executive-level hire.

3. Interviews and assessment
Candidates are evaluated through structured interviews, assessments, and case exercises. We focus on both professional competence and personal suitability, ensuring the process is structured, professional, and respectful for all parties. For clients, we provide clear recommendations based on thorough evaluations. For candidates, we offer honest and constructive feedback.
4. Follow-up and a strong start
Once the right candidate is selected, we ensure close follow-up throughout the transition. We assist with contract negotiations if needed and continue to support both the candidate and the employer after hiring to ensure a successful start and a lasting relationship. Our job isn’t done until both parties are satisfied.
