Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions with responsibility for HR, organizational development, and recruitment. He has also served as Managing Director and owner of several companies, giving him a strong understanding of both the strategic and operational challenges organizations face.

Over the course of his career, Bjørn has contributed to hundreds of successful hires and has developed extensive expertise across the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and executive search to interviews, candidate assessment, and hiring. He believes that successful recruitment is about more than qualifications; it is about building relationships, earning trust, and creating the right match between people and organizations.

Fun fact: Outside of work, Bjørn is passionate about music and is an active performing musician. He knows that collaboration, rhythm, and timing are essential, not only on stage, but also in the recruitment process.
