Tone is a Management Consultant at Yapril, working as a project manager responsible for recruitment processes from A to Z. With over 20 years of experience ranging from the automotive industry to the maritime sector, she brings a rare combination of strategic HR expertise and hands-on business understanding to every project. She has built HR functions from the ground up at Optimar AS, from employment systems and handbooks to internal communications and employer branding, and knows both how to build good processes and how to make them work in a hectic day-to-day reality.

Fun fact: At one point, she was the only salesperson in the entire Subaru system to achieve 100% and Gold level in the sales certification. Her competitive streak is still going strong, just aimed at recruitment projects instead of car sales these days!
