Mathias holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, HR and management from BI Norwegian Business School, with a specialization in recruitment. He has experience from both the private and public sectors, including roles as a squad leader and instructor in the Norwegian Armed Forces, and has worked with personnel development and leadership.
